This 74110 variety lot was cultivated by smallholder producers on garden plots in Guji, Ethiopia and delivered to Layo Teraga washing station to be processed. The seeds underwent fermentation as traditional washed, submerged in water for 72hrs before being rinsed and dried on raised beds. Roasted for filter. Fruity and floral.
