An ode to Pink Bourbon in Espresso format. A post-process blend which underwent similar two-stage fermentations, resulting in a sweet yet vibrant cup.

Rosados del Sur
This Pink Bourbon lot is the collective effort of five members of the Guacharos group, which includes Viviana Realpe, José Gil Perafan, Wilmar Muñoz, Nelson Cordoba, & Luis Octavio Titimbo. We’ve featured José’s, Nelson’s and Luis’ coffees over the past couple years so it gives us confidence to feature this effective ode to Pink Bourbon in Espresso format.
Pink Bourbon
Known as Bourbon Rosado in Colombia, this is an Ethiopian Landrace variety, rumoured to be a part of variety trials in a state breeding program decades ago in Colombia and grown by many farmers within and outside Colombia today.
