With sweet and bright pineapple, and round, supportive texture, this Castillo lot is washed processed and grown by Carlos Antidio Burbano on his farm in the La Florida region of Nariño, Colombia. From there, Ivan from Cafes Occidente de Nariño co-op tastes through thousands of deliveries to uncover and recognize gems like this one, as part of their microlot program. Harvested in June of 2020.
