This lot was cultivated by smallholder producers on garden plots in Chelbesa, Ethiopia and delivered to Habtamu Fikadu’s washing station to be processed. The seeds underwent traditional washed fermentation, submerged in water for 45 hours before being rinsed and dried on raised beds. Roasted for filter. Delicate and floral.
