With forest berries, brown sugar, & tropical tree tomato, this mix of SL-28, SL-34, Batian, & Ruiru 11 is grown and produced by members of the Barichu Cooperative Society, delivering ripe fruit to Karatina factory in Nyeri, Kenya. This AB screen size lot is depulped & fermented overnight to break down the mucilage before traveling through channels to the soaking tank where the coffee is carefully cleaned, soaked, and then spread out on raised drying tables. This is the first of our Juicebox Series for 2022.
