This heat resistant glass server is from Kinto, based in Japan, and it’s what you’ll see us brewing into each morning, most often with a hario V60 perched on top. The construction of this server feels sturdy, yet lightweight and *knocks on wood* we haven’t broken one yet.
Taking some time for the holidays
Nate and Laura are taking a break from roasting until the new year, starting back up with January Subscriptions. We'll have a bit of coffee from our last production (roast date Dec 16th) that you'll be able to order while we're on break. Orders placed after noon on Dec 17th will ship Dec 30th.
