With delicate sweet melon and creamy texture, this washed processed Caturra cultivar was grown and harvested in July 2020 by Maria Guetio at her farm in Imbabura, Ecuador. This is the first time we’ve got a coffee from Ecuador on the menu, with Maria’s farm sitting 250km south of Yacuanquer (Jelly Donut) and a mere 150km north of the equator

Taking some time for the holidays
