Mullugeta Muntasha washed processed this lot from ripe fruit collected from outgrowers in Bursa, Arbegona, Sidama. Depulped and fermented underwater for 48-60 hrs. before being dried on raised beds.
Mullugeta only started in coffee in 2021, leaving his long held role as a transport truck driver and returning to his village, Bursa, in the Arsi region with the goal of producing top coffees. He hit the ground running, placing in the top 6 of multiple Cup of Excellence competitions over the subsequent years.
