This is a home for roasts that are still enjoyable but didn’t quite make our quality standard for our main menu.

Currently, we’ve got a test roast from Hildaly (washed Parainema) as well as Jhoan Vergara’s Pink Bourbon, both from May 13th. If you have a preference for which one, and it’s still available we’ll send according to the note you leave, otherwise we’ll send what we’ve got 🫡
