I understand that LUNA roasts to order, and will be roasted and shipped Thursday*. The deadline to place an order for same week dispatch is Wednesday 8am PST the day prior.
*Subscriptions are shipped once a month, please see the Subscription page for signup details.
Getting one or two bags costs the same to ship, so you may want to get two bags to make
it worthwhile. 3 bags ship free within Canada and the USA via Canada Post/USPS.
We use Canada post/ USPS to ship your order, and default to the shipping method you choose and pay for upon checkout. We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier if there is a legitimate reason to (ie: Force majeure, flood, environmental challenges that affect our shipping carriers).
TAXES, TARIFFS AND CUSTOMS DUTY
Any import duties, tariffs and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any additional incurred duties.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee anything or give any precise information on custom charge as it will be decided by the local customs office, and that is something out of our control.
You will be able to find out your country’s import regulation usually by visiting the government’s official website.

In some cases, you may be asked to submit documents related to the shipment. These documents must be submitted directly the carrier.
