If we could liken the Aeropress to any other phenomenon, it would be Ikea hacks. Aeropress funnels afixed to EK43 grinders, replacing that behemoth hopper (why is it so huge?), or that happy accident of a porlex hand grinder fitting tidily in the aeropress as though they were made to be together – Those are off the top of my head but I’m sure there are more reasons why the Aeropress is beloved the world over. There’s even an Aeropress world championship. Yes. Really. Here are the winning recipes. Happy brewing!
Taking some time for the holidays
Nate and Laura are taking a break from roasting until the new year, starting back up with January Subscriptions. We'll have a bit of coffee from our last production (roast date Dec 16th) that you'll be able to order while we're on break. Orders placed after noon on Dec 17th will ship Dec 30th.
