Pastry-like with elderberry and jammy sweetness with mango as it cools, this 100% Caturra variety is grown by Luis Vicente Morales in the Tasnaque, Yacuanquer area of Nariño, Colombia. Luis’ coffee is special to us because it was the first direct relationship for Luna when we first started – Excited to have it back on the menu.

Backstory
Soaring 2100 m above sea level and cool relatively dry climate Luis grows mainly Caturra variety, a total of around 10,000 trees planted on two hectares. He has another half hectare, 4500 trees of Caturra that he regularly enters into various local contests. Small lots, but they’re exceptional.
