We’ve got this recipe that makes a twee coffee for two, perfect for those who have 4-5 options at any given time and can’t decide what to brew.
Try this as a starting point:
(preheat brewer with filter inserted with a hot water rinse)
14g dose
60g bloom
0:45 -> 150g
1:30 -> 240g

larger one is spacious enough to swirl your brew when making a coffee using 20-30g dose, appropriate for Kalita 185 filters. A slower flow rate than the lil one, common for brew times between 4-5mins
