These 74110 & 74112 varieties, were picked and processed by Wolde Hirbe on his farm in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The ripe fruit was dried on raised beds allowing wild yeasts to create fruity esters before being depulped. Roasted for filter. Fruity and fun.
