Herbal and weird (in the best way), this washed processed Parainema hybrid cultivar has flavours reminiscent of rootbeer, with a creamy sweet finish. Hildaly Leiva and Grevil Sabillon grow and process their coffee on their neighbouring farms tucked into the mountains of Santa Bárbara, Honduras.
